Welcome to mjudi, an online entertainment and sports betting platform operated under the domain mjudi.cam. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and mjudi ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the mjudi website, mobile interface, betting services, casino products, and any related features.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing a wager of any kind, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of mjudi, including players accessing the Platform from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other locations. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise stated. For cryptocurrency transactions, the MYR-equivalent value at the time of deposit applies.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the mjudi website accessible at mjudi.cam, its mobile interface, all associated betting and gaming tools, and any other services provided by mjudi.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration and KYC verification process.
• "Player" / "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the Platform and is of eligible age and standing to use the services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed on a sports betting market, casino game outcome, or any other wagering event offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, matched deposit, free bet, cashback, or any other incentive offered by mjudi to Players, subject to applicable wagering requirements and terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the process by which mjudi verifies a Player's identity, age, and residential information.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform credit balance held in a Player's Account, denominated in MYR or the MYR-equivalent of any supported cryptocurrency.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission described in Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, session time reminders, self-exclusion mechanisms, and cooling-off periods available to Players within Account settings.

To register and maintain an Account with mjudi, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. mjudi operates a strict minimum-age policy and requires identity verification for all accounts. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended and all associated funds may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
• You must be a natural person (corporate accounts are not permitted).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any such person employed by mjudi or its affiliated entities.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not have a previously suspended or terminated mjudi Account due to violation of these Terms, fraud, or any other breach.

To use the mjudi Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You are required to submit valid identification documents as part of the KYC process, which may include a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or other documents as requested.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any time thereafter is truthful, accurate, and complete. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. mjudi reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. mjudi shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.3 KYC Verification

mjudi implements mandatory identity verification in accordance with anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Full KYC verification is required before any withdrawal can be processed. You agree to cooperate fully with all KYC requests and to provide documentation within the timeframes specified. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in Account restrictions.

mjudi accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong, as well as cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), and BNB. All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or, for crypto deposits, the MYR-equivalent at the time of transaction.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a current promotion.
• All deposit methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account Wallet within seconds for supported local payment methods. Processing times for cryptocurrency deposits vary by network.
• mjudi does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider or network may apply transaction fees that are outside our control.
• mjudi reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits as part of our anti-money laundering compliance obligations.

Players may request withdrawals of genuinely won funds from their Account Wallet at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section.

6.1 Withdrawal Conditions

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must have their applicable wagering requirements fully met before withdrawal of associated bonus-derived winnings.
• Withdrawals will be remitted to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum withdrawal limits may apply subject to Account tier and verification status.

6.2 Processing Times

Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and others) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for verified accounts during standard operating hours. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network confirmation times. mjudi targets resolution of all withdrawal queries within 24 hours of request submission.

6.3 Withdrawal Rights

mjudi reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, or compliance review. In such cases, mjudi will notify the Player within a reasonable timeframe.

mjudi offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each promotion as published on the Platform, as well as the general bonus terms set out herein.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above with verified Accounts only.
• Each Player is entitled to claim any given bonus promotion once only, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate promotional balance and must meet applicable wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements vary by promotion and will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.
• mjudi reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated tools, or coordinating bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements — constitutes Prohibited Conduct and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.

7.2 Referral Programme

Players who refer new registrants through the mjudi referral programme will receive a bonus of MYR 38 per qualifying referral upon the referred player making their first qualifying deposit. The referral bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements. There is no cap on the number of referrals a Player may make, subject to ongoing verification of referred accounts as new, genuine users.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the mjudi Platform across sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and all other game formats offered.

• All bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation.
• mjudi reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, mjudi's decision — based on official results from the relevant governing body — shall be final.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts apply per bet type and will be displayed at the point of placement.
• Live betting (in-play) markets may be suspended at the discretion of mjudi during periods of high volatility, technical disruption, or where the integrity of the market cannot be guaranteed.
• For live casino games, the result as recorded by the Platform's server-side log is authoritative in all disputes.
• Crash games and instant-win game outcomes are determined by provably fair algorithms. Players acknowledge that past results do not influence future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mjudi Platform. Breach of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same identity or different identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any other activity that compromises the integrity of betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal activity.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or pricing anomaly to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or coordinated wagering patterns designed to guarantee profits at the Platform's expense through abuse of promotions or market inefficiencies.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mjudi staff or other platform users.
• Any other conduct that mjudi, in its reasonable discretion, determines to be harmful to the integrity, operation, or reputation of the Platform.

mjudi is firmly committed to responsible gambling and to the welfare of its Players. We strongly encourage all Players to gamble responsibly, set personal limits, and seek assistance if gambling is negatively affecting their lives.

The Platform provides the following Responsible Gambling Tools accessible from Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform during a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a specified duration without permanently closing your Account.

mjudi enforces a strict 21+ age requirement and employs active monitoring to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour. If we identify that a Player may be experiencing difficulties, we reserve the right to contact the Player and, if necessary, impose mandatory responsible gambling measures.

All content on the mjudi Platform — including but not limited to the mjudi brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data feeds, and all other proprietary materials — is the intellectual property of mjudi or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any mjudi content without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mjudi, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or any other financial loss.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mjudi takes all reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and data accuracy, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network outages, and events outside our control may affect Platform availability.

In any event, mjudi's maximum aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds held in your Account Wallet at the time the relevant claim arises.

mjudi reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, where:

• You are found to have breached these Terms or any specific promotion terms.
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• You have provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age.
• We are required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.
• Your Account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in our inactive account policy.

Upon termination for breach of Terms, any funds associated with fraudulent or policy-violating activity may be forfeited. Genuine balance funds in non-breach situations will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following completion of outstanding compliance checks.

These Terms shall be construed and governed in accordance with applicable international gaming and digital commerce law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact mjudi's support team to seek an informal resolution before pursuing any formal proceedings.

mjudi is committed to resolving all Player disputes fairly and in a timely manner. If you remain unsatisfied after engaging our support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to our formal complaints handling process as described in our FAQ.

mjudi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent Platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent revision.
